Michelle Cronin Partner
Michelle Cronin is a partner in CKT’s Healthcare, Insurance and Litigation Departments.
She practices predominantly in the area of child protection and welfare and advises in respect of complex cases and issues arising. With extensive experience across all areas of litigation Michelle advises both Public and Private Health Service providers on a range of specialist disciplines including child protection, mental health, patient capacity, regulatory issues and data protection.
As a member of the Insurance Team, Michelle also has significant experience in personal injury, equity and construction related claims.
In addition, Michelle practices in employment law, primarily advising both public and private sector entities in relation to legislative obligations and the defence of employment claims and equality claims.
Described as an ‘excellent communicator’ by clients she ensures that a result driven approach is accompanied by excellent attention to detail.
