Laura Sheehan Solicitor
Laura is a solicitor in CKT’s Child Care Department. She advises on all matter arising from applications under the Child Care Act.
She practices predominantly in child protection and welfare and advises in respect of complex cases and issues arising and advocates in the District Court on a regular basis.
Laura is committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of children and families during the most challenging times in their lives. With a strong foundation in family law and a passion for ensuring the best outcomes for vulnerable individuals, Laura has a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to every case. Her training has equipped her with the legal expertise and sensitivity necessary to navigate complex issues from care proceedings
