Experience
Kevin practices in the areas of healthcare and litigation with particular experience in the Assisted-Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015, the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court, mental health law, and child care law. Kevin regularly advises hospitals, medical professionals and social workers on sensitive and complex issues arising in the health and social care sectors.
Kevin also represents insurance companies and State agencies in the defence of claims, with experience across all levels of the Courts.
