Alison is a Partner in the Healthcare and Litigation Departments specialising in the defence of professional and clinical negligence proceedings with particular experience in defending high value contentious disputes in the High Court.
Yvonne Joyce is a partner in the Healthcare Department, providing advice on contentious and non-contentious matters. She has extensive experience in all aspects of defending clinical negligence claims and has been involved in many high value catastrophic injuries cases concerning complex issues of liability, causation and quantum.
Lebeau is a Partner in CKT’s Health and Medical Law department and practices in the areas of healthcare and child protection with particular experience in wardship, mental health, disabilities, civil detention and civil detention cases with an international element.
Emily practices primarily in the healthcare area in the defence of clinical negligence proceedings, employer liability claims and public liability claims. Emily also advises employers in both the public and private sector in relation to employment matters to include legislative obligations and dealing with employment hearings.
Nicola is a partner in the Litigation Department. She is an experienced litigator specialising in defence and personal litigation in the Circuit and Superior Courts.
Cliona is a solicitor in the firm’s Litigation and Healthcare Departments. She has experience in all areas of litigation specifically clinical litigation and medical negligence.
Barry practices in the firm’s Litigation and Healthcare Departments and is experienced in advising clients in litigation matters over a wide variety of areas including healthcare litigation, employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims. Barry focuses on providing practical advice to ensure efficient resolution of claims.
Kevin practices predominantly in the firm’s Litigation department, where he acts on behalf of insurance companies and State agencies in the defence of claims. He also advises private clients in relation to the institution of civil proceedings, defence of criminal charges in the District Court, employment law matters and wills and probate.
Chantal Feeney is a Solicitor in the Litigation Department acting predominantly on behalf of Insurance companies in Defence of Claims. She has experience in defending claims in all Court Jurisdictions in respect of employer’s liability, public liability and motor claims.
James Burke is a solicitor in the firm’s Healthcare, Litigation and Childcare Law departments. He practices in the areas of healthcare and child protection with particular experience in assisted-decision making, mental health and inherent jurisdiction cases involving sensitive and complex health care issues. and wills and probate.
