CKT Well within the Law Workshop

CKT are committed to helping enable the legal profession support a healthy workplace culture by looking after ourselves, our clients and our colleagues.

This month we were delighted to welcome Antoinette Moriarty, Head of Psychological Services and Mary Duffy, Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist, The Law Society of Ireland to our offices for an educational tailored workshop centred on trauma informed practice.

The Law Society’s Professional Wellbeing Project aims to provide solicitors with practical supports, education, and guidance across three pillars: workplace culture, resilience and wellbeing, and emotional and psychological health.

Managing Partner, Debbie Moore commented At CKT we are taking important steps to improve our Workplace Wellbeing strategy and we are proud to collaborate with The Law Society Psychological Services Team on this important initiative.

The workshop today has highlighted and strengthened our focus on striving to promote a positive, happy and healthy workplace culture.

By encouraging open conversations, healthy leadership, positive behaviours, collegiality and opportunities for genuine peer support, CKT recognise that Workplace wellbeing is an integral part of our culture.

We are most grateful to Antoinette and Mary for spending time getting to know our team at CKT and sharing their expertise in a personalised, insightful manner”
