CKT increases its Dispute Resolution Team

CKT has increased its expertise in the Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Alison Kelleher.

The Dispute Resolution team has a leading reputation in commercial litigation, as well as the insurance and healthcare sectors.  Alison joins CKT having spent the last number of years working in top tier firms in London and Dublin, specialising in the area of defence litigation in the medical insurance industry. Alison has a wealth of experience in advising leading indemnifiers on complex healthcare disputes, including catastrophic claims of maximum severity. Alison is also qualified in England and Wales and holds specialist qualifications in Healthcare Law and Mediation.
