CKT Announces Promotion of New Partner and Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce the promotions of both Grace Toher as Partner and Kevin Healy as Senior Associate.

Grace Toher is a key member of CKT’s Healthcare and Litigation Teams, with extensive experience defending professional and clinical negligence claims and regulatory matters on behalf of CKT’s public sector clients and private indemnifiers.

Kevin Healy practices in the areas of healthcare and litigation with particular experience in assisted-decision making, mental health and inherent jurisdiction cases involving sensitive and complex health care issues.  Kevin also represents insurance companies and State agencies in the defence of claims, with experience across all levels of the Courts.
