Alison Kelleher Recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Chambers & Partners Band 2

Alison is a key figure in CKT’s Healthcare Department, specialising in the defence of professional and clinical negligence proceedings. In addition to herextensive experience handling high-value contentious disputes in the High Court, she provides expert legal advice to both Public and Private Health Service providers across coronial inquests, child protection, mental health, patient capacity, regulatory issues, and data protection.

A strong advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Alison is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and previously served as Chair of the Law Society’s ADR Committee (2020–2022). She is also a Lecturer and Examiner for the Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma in Healthcare Law.
