Diarmuid Cunningham practices as a litigation dispute lawyer, employment lawyer and a specialised healthcare lawyer. He is a CEDR accredited mediator and focuses on early intervention to avoid or resolve potential claims at an early stage to avoid unnecessary costs and expenses.
Deborah Moore works predominantly in the area of defence litigation on behalf of insurers. Deborah has been involved in a number of high-profile clinical negligence claims on behalf of the state and is a highly respected lawyer in her field.
Denise Kirwan is a lead partner in our Childcare and Family Law Departments. She has over 25 years’ experience which includes acting for State bodies on extremely sensitive issues. Matters that Denise has worked on include those arising from applications under the Child Care Act, applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court, and inter jurisdictional applications under the Brussels II Regulations.
Hilda O’ Keeffe is a Partner in the Healthcare and Litigation Departments. Hilda advises a wide range of public and private clients on commercial and healthcare matters.
Emily Sexton practices primarily in the healthcare area in the defence of clinical negligence proceedings, employer liability claims and public liability claims. Emily also advises employers in both the public and private sector in relation to employment matters to include legislative obligations and dealing with employment hearings.
Cliona Kenny is a solicitor in the firm’s Litigation and Healthcare Departments. She has experience in all areas of litigation specifically clinical litigation and medical negligence.
Deirdre Ryan practices in our Healthcare Department advising on all aspect of healthcare and medical law. She has extensive experience acting for both Plaintiff and Defendant clients in complex and high-value healthcare litigation actions before the Irish Courts.
Barry Kelleher practices in the firm’s Litigation and Healthcare Departments and is experienced in advising clients in litigation matters over a wide variety of areas including healthcare litigation, employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims. Barry focuses on providing practical advice to ensure efficient resolution of claims.
Kevin Healy practices predominantly in the firm’s Litigation department, where he acts on behalf of insurance companies and State agencies in the defence of claims. He also advises private clients in relation to the institution of civil proceedings, defence of criminal charges in the District Court, employment law matters and wills and probate.
Grace Toher is a solicitor in CKT’s Litigation and Healthcare departments, working primarily on defending professional and clinical negligence proceedings and working on professional indemnity disputes against solicitors.
James Burke is a solicitor in the firm’s Healthcare, Litigation and Childcare Law departments.
