CKT are delighted to announce that Alison Kelleher, Partner, Comyn Kelleher Tobin LLP has been recognised as a leading lawyer in Band 3 for Dispute Resolution – Healthcare Litigation.
Alison is a Partner in the Healthcare Department at CKT and specialises in defending professional and clinical negligence proceedings. With significant experience in defending high value contentious disputes in the High Court, Alison advises both Public and Private Health Service providers on a range of specialist disciplines including coronial inquests, child protection, mental health, patient capacity, regulatory issues and data protection.
A strong and passionate advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) particularly mediation for resolving complex disputes, Alison is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and was Chair of the Law Society’s ADR Committee 2020 – 2022. She has also contributed to the legal community as a Lecturer and Examiner for the Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma in Healthcare Law.
