ADR Webinar: Making the Most of Mediation

The ADR Committee of the Law Society in conjunction with the Southern Law Association and the Irish Commercial Mediation Association (ICMA) are hosting a lunchtime Webinar on Friday, 2nd October 2020 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM.

Speakers at the webinar will be;

• Mr. Justice Michael Peart, former Judge of the Court of Appeal, CEDR Accredited Mediator, speaking on “Why Mediation” ,
• Helen Kilroy, CEDR Accredited Mediator, Partner, McCann FitzGerald, speaking on “Mediation in a Covid Era” , and,
• Yvonne Joyce, CEDR Accredited Mediator, Partner, CKT and ICMA Council Member, speaking on “Representing a Party to a Mediation”.

This webinar, chaired by Alison Kelleher, Partner, CKT and Vice Chair, ADR Committee Law Society, will provide practical insights from the perspective of the practitioner and mediator in our new litigation landscape.
